Shooting Star

Can it be beautiful if it doesn’t last? 

I think we too often look for conclusions to our stories.

It must either be a "happy forever after" or a tale of inevitable heartbreak. 

I don’t think it has to be this way. 

I believe that sometimes it's okay to walk away…

To leave a page unturned…

To avoid risking something that is already perfect. 

An experience that was essentially flawless. If it brings happiness, you have to ask yourself if you are okay with leaving while those memories are still warm, while they still make you smile.

Why don't we take pictures of shooting stars? 

Because it will require us to take our eyes off something that we know won’t last long.

I think some relationships are like shooting stars… 

They come rarely in our lives. They are short-lived. But for the time they do last, they are beautiful.

So even once the light in the sky fades, we continue moving forward in life, but now with a little more fervor than before.
